Volleyball General Program Operations

Season Structure

The Next Level Volleyball season runs with various program dates over the schedule. Schedules vary by location based on facility and staff availability.

Grade-Based Organization

Players compete within their designated grade level. We do not allow participants to "play down" by any grade level.

Practice & Game Schedule

All practices and games are on the SAME DAY. This consolidates commitment to a single 2-hour weekly window, with practice occurring immediately before the game.

Coaching Structure

Each team receives a high school or college student-athlete as Head Coach/Mentor. Parent volunteers assist rather than lead, enabling student-athletes in their coaching role.

Uniforms & Equipment

Uniforms ship via USPS to home addresses provided. All volleyball equipment will be provided. Players should wear athletic shoes appropriate for indoor or outdoor play depending on the venue.

Program Philosophy

No prior volleyball experience is required. Next Level is always a "one trophy" league, believing competition balanced with player/character development better serves youth athletes.
