Community Centric League

Kids play with their classmates and/or buddies! The league emphasizes social connection during games, enabling parents to enjoy weekend activities within established social circles.

Site Directors

Leadership comes from experienced coaches at the high school and college levels. Each location is overseen by top-tier mentors who guide student athletes in their communities.

Student Athlete Head Coach/Mentors

Teams are coached by high school or college athletes in their respective sports, supervised by Site Directors. This provides youth participants with mentorship from relatable figures outside typical parental coaching structures.

Kids First Organization

The league prioritizes youth participants and student-athlete coaches above all other considerations, though it acknowledges support from parents, assistant coaches, and grandparents.

Open League Participation

The program welcomes both boys and girls from kindergarten through 7th grade (8th grade in select locations). Prior sports experience is unnecessary, and there are no tryouts or combines required.

Grade Based League

Age-appropriate grouping considers social, athletic, and behavioral development, matching children with peers at similar developmental stages.

Kids Will Be Known

Each participant receives a personalized jersey with chosen number and name, fostering individual recognition and pride in representation.

One Trophy League

Only the champion team receives recognition, emphasizing authentic competition and meaningful life lessons from winning and losing.

Unique Balance

The organization maintains equilibrium between competitive play and appropriate youth sports perspective through continuous evaluation and policy adjustments.
