Refund Policies

Next Level Sports maintains refund policies designed to be flexible for participants across our core programs (Basketball, Flag Football, Volleyball, and Summer Camps).

Basketball Program Refunds

  • 45+ days before start: Full refund minus 5% credit card processing fees. If a uniform has been ordered or delivered, an additional $50 deduction applies.

  • 30-45 days before start: 75% refund if a roster replacement is found; otherwise 50% refund.

  • Within 30 days of start: 50% refund only.

  • After season begins: No refunds once player participates with full uniform.

Flag Football & Volleyball Program Refunds

  • 45+ days before start: Complete refund minus 5% processing fee. Uniform-related deductions of $50 apply if jerseys were ordered or delivered.

  • 30-45 days before start: 75% refund with replacement; 50% without.

  • Within 30 days of start: 50% refund maximum.

  • After season begins: No refunds after roster placement and season commencement.

Summer Camp Refunds

  • 8+ days before camp: Full refund minus 5% processing fee.

  • Within 7 days of camp: 50% refund only.

  • After camp starts: No refunds issued.

Medical/Injury Exceptions

Parents providing medical documentation receive refunds outside standard policies. The organization deducts 5% processing fees, $50 for uniforms, and pro-rates remaining season costs.
